The low carbon fine decoration special silicone sealant is a high-end sealant specially designed for the bonding and sealing of interior decoration projects. It has excellent adhesion and green environmental protection characteristics. It is especially suitable for bonding and sealing of glass, stone, wood, metal, ceramic tile, Mirror,Copper door and plastic materials. The use process is odorless and brings you a new construction concept and aesthetic effect.
AREA OF APPLICATION
1,Joint seals between indoor materials;
2,It is suitable for filling seals of various cabinets, tiles, countertops, ceiling and wall panel engineering decoration;
3,Applicable to professional and family DIY operation.
USAGE METHOD
1,Clean the construction surface, ensure dryness, no oil or dust;
2,Stick protective tape on both sides of construction surface, If the joint is too wide, should fill the liner material in the joint;
3,Cut the cartridge mouth, put on the nozzle, cut the nozzle according to the size required, then extrude with a caulking gun;
4,Extrusion action should be carried out continuously, moving evenly and slowly to ensure that the joint is filled with sealant to prevent the nozzle from moving too fast and producing bubbles or holes;
5,Finish trimming within 5 minutes after sizing and remove protective tape;
6,The product is cured by reaction with water in the air. The surface is dry within 1 hour at room temperature. According to the different contact area with air and bonding depth, it needs to be cured for 1-5 days to achieve the best effect.
ATTENTIONS
1,After sizing, do not touch the sealant surface unless the sealant is dry. Do not deform the seam within 1 day to avoid damaging the smoothness of the seam surface;
2,Ensure good ventilation around before the sealant cured;
3,Must keep out of reach of children;
4,Use up the product as soon as possible after opening;
5,Not suitable for places where the temperature is higher than 100ºC for long time.
6,Not suitable for loose or weak surfaces;
7,Uncured products should not touch the eyes. If contact carelessly, please wash them with plenty of water and seek immediate medical care.
