Instant noodle frying box cover,it's mainly used for oil-fried noodles or dried noodles(non-fried noodles) in instant noodles production line,and it promotes instant noodle cakes' dehydration and shaping;
We design and manufacture different size of frying boxes and cover according to customer's plan.
Characteristics of Jingong frying box:
(1) High holes punching rate to be 45%-50%;
(2) Holes punched at Radius(R angle) of bottom of frying box, so that oil can be flowed in and out smoothly,and no oil is retained in the frying box;
(3) Punching holes on side of frying box enables oil to get in and out smoothly, and ensures uniform frying noodle cakes;
(4) The frying box's tensile side surface is smooth,the tensile trace is light,no groove; the oil filtering is fast,therefor reducing chances of noodles with oil;
(5) The welding is solid,smooth, and neat, free from cracks or droppings;
(6) The frying box inner wall is smooth and neat, free from burrs&bulge, noodle cake is easily separated from frying box;
(7) Punched holes diameter: Φ1.5-6.0mm
