Instant Noodle Production Line (LTE-I)Introduction:
This instant noodle processing line realizes high automation, convenient operation, low energy and small floor space, which assures all working procedures from feeding flour to finished products can be accomplished once.The investment for this line is only one tenth of that lager size equipment, especially suitable to small-sized or self-owned enterprises.The corrugated instant noodle produced by this line is tenacious, smooth and transparent.

Flour mixing - compounding - boiling - cutting and bending - frying - cooling - packaging
We have three types processing lines;The difference is mode of heating.
Remark:
1- The completed line includes two set of electric control box, and they have three set of transducer to control the speed of shaper / boiling machine / frying machine
2- If specification of noodle pieces is 80-90g, we will increase the length of boiling machine and frying machine
