Adopt PLC control the working condition
The production line can produce Low-e glass, double glazing, triple glazing
Washing and drying section is made of 304 stainless steel, containing nickel but not iron, not easy to rust
The cylinder will automatically adjust the brush distance according to the thickness of the glass to ensure the cleaning effect
Raw material processing including plate cutting, gantry milling, welding, sandblasting (rust removal), and plastic spraying are all one-stop, all done by our factory
Dedicated quality inspection department, which strictly inspects and controls the production quality
Adopt servo motor for pressing section
high-pressure valve and low-pressure valve are used to automatically calculate the glass volume, and the flow meter controls heavy gas to prevent argon gas waste
