The LG312K intelligent arch integrated trolley integrates multiple processes such as surveying and setting out, underexcavation operation, arch installation,mesh and connecting bar welding (optional), explosive charging, etc. It is capable of completing a one-time excavation and arch installation of the tunnel without moving the machine. The entire vehicle adopts an engineering chassis, diesel and electric dual power system, with a short wheelbase, small body, flexible maneuverability, and excellent traction, making it suitable for various complex tunnel pavement conditions. The boom adopts wireless remote control + manual control operation, making it easy to manage the boom's movements. This setup ensures safety, speed, high efficiency and energy saving.
Expandable man basket: The equipment features an expandable man basket, which has a larger operating space and can accommodate 3-6 people. It can be used to load explosives and anchor rods.
High efficiency: The three-arm structure, three grippers and three hanging baskets are adopted, which can be used in full sections, two steps, three steps and other construction methods. All construction processes of the vertical frame can be completed in about one hour.
Installation of precast arch: The patent technology of multi-frame precast arch (a kind of multi-frame precast arch-patent No. ZL202022537953.5) independently developed by our company is adopted to reduce the working duration and construction risk of dangerous working face. This, in turn, significantly improves the construction efficiency.
Reduction of number of operators: The entire construction operation can be completed by 3-4 people, while the traditional operation requires 8 or more people.
Auxiliary function integration: The equipment has a breaking hammer, and the under-excavation operation can be conducted once the arch is installed.
Small overall dimensions: The entire vehicle adopts a lightweight design with small overall dimensions, suitable for small section construction conditions.
Equipment informatization (optional): It supports cluster management, positioning function, video monitoring, interphone function, pre-alarm function, data management function, tunnel BIM technology and digital twin, construction report management, tunnel contour scanning, remote control and other functionalities.
