Intelligent electronic instrument is convenient to carry and simple to operate, which can not only eliminate the influence of the IR drop generated by cathodic protection polarization current, but also can eliminate the influence of the IR drop generated by various stray current. It is convenient for field measurement, of which the measurement result can be obtained immediately. What's more, it can collect and preserve the metrical data and is convenient to export the supplying data for analysis and usage.
Adopting the untreated chip technology and combining with power measurement technology and method, the intelligent potential measuring instrument can be used to measure the electrode potential value which will eliminate the IR drop of medium in the electrochemical research work. If equipped with polarization measurement probe, it also can be used in accurate measurement of the cathodic protection potential in the on-site cathodic protection project and the real-time collection and preservation of cathodic protection reference potential.
