Interleaving Paper

The interleaving paper mainly interleave between metal sheets to avoid the scratch caused by the friction between two layers. The interleaving paper must overcome high-speed moving, high tension, high temperature and slip caused by temperature drop between sheet layers. The interleaving paper must have characters of heat-resistant, high surface strength, smooth, anti-aging etc. And must be strictly controlled the content of halogen, sulfate and other impurities to extremely low in order to prevent the steel plate from scratches and discoloration in the course of long-term storage and transportation.
Surface hardness of stainless steel or glass is low and has extremely high demand on surface finish, so the interleaving paper surface must not contain non-fiber impurity such as pulp ball, flinty dust etc.

In order to reduce costs, the process interleaving paper can be reused for 5 to 10 times, so besides the high-temperature and high-pressure endurance ability we must guarantee the sides and internal tension maintain the same while winding so that the surface maintains neat for the benefit of the repeated use in the factory.
The interleaving paper is divided into the white and the brown:
The stainless steel interleaving paper is divided into 30- 60g according to the GSM, and we also can produce special paper according to the customer's production characteristic to satisfy the operation requirements of customers and reduce the their cost;
Specification: 1000, 1220, 1250mm is common width, also can produce width between 100mm~2700mm according to the customer's requirement.

Application field of interleaving paper for:
1. Manufacturing and processing enterprises of cold-rolled stainless steel sheet: Used in rolling, acid wash, refining and finishing process in the stainless steel production to protect surface to be bright. It can be used repeatedly.
2. Manufacturing and processing industries of copper, aluminum sheet: Used as liner in manufacturing process of copper and aluminum products.
