Radio Shuttle system include the Radio Shuttle rack and radio shuttle.
Radio Shuttle system is a high-density storage system composed of shelves, trolleys and forklifts. This efficient storage method is to improve the utilization of warehouse space and provides customers new storage options.
Radio Shuttle system is mainly divided into two forms in warehousing and logistics equipment: shuttle-type in-and-out system and shuttle-type storage system, reciprocating or looping. The trolley runs on a fixed track and transports the goods to a designated location, namely It can be an independent storage system, or it can be automatically connected with other logistics equipment, such as conveyors, inbound and outbound platforms, elevators, etc. It is equipped with an intelligent sensor system that can automatically remember the origin position and automatically decelerate.
The shuttle is an intelligent robot that can be programmed to perform tasks such as picking up, transporting, and placing, and can communicate with the host computer or WMS system, combined with RFID, barcode and other identification technologies, to achieve automatic identification, access and other functions.
