The vacuum negative pressure system is the core of the lost foam process. The water ring vacuum pump is used to achieve a stable negative pressure in the sand box (the vacuum degree can reach -0.093MPa), ensuring that the dry sand is compactly formed and the casting size accuracy reaches CT7-9 level. The Sanzhuji system adopts a modular design, with intelligent dust removal and exhaust gas treatment devices to achieve zero pollution in the workshop environment, meeting the strict environmental protection requirements.


The innovation of rain sand adding technology greatly improves production efficiency. Sanzhuji optimizes the structure of the sand feeder, and realizes precise control of the sand amount (the sand adding speed is increased by 30%) through the elliptical sand leakage hole and the folding plastic pad sealing design, while avoiding dust spillage and reducing the workload of manual cleaning. The three-dimensional vibration table is combined with dry sand filling to ensure that the inner cavity of complex castings is uniform and compact, and the finished product rate is as high as 95% or more.


Using the lost foam technology, the foam model can be used to pour the product. The foam model is embedded in a molded box in loose sand that is compacted by vibration. The liquid metal is then poured over the foam through a pouring funnel. The foam model produces gases under the influence of high temperatures. Once the metal has solidified, the product can be easily removed from the molded case. Using foam removal technology, it is in principle possible to pour very complex products at once, as foam models can be made up of different parts. However, each product requires a new foam model.
