Product Description
We supply both anion and cation exchange membrane for electrocoat process and water treatment industries. Nowadays, anion exchange membrane is popular used for most of CED systems, which is approved by PPG, Dupont, Valspar, Kansai and many other electrocoat paint systems. Moreover, our ion exchange membranes can be used in electro deionization systems for the production of ultra-pure water. We have three types of anion exchange membrane sheet, please see below table for the detail:

Preconditioning Procedure
Membranes should be preconditioned by emersion in a 5% NaCl solution at 40oC for 24 hours to allow for membrane hydration and expansion.
Applications:
Electrodeionization for ultrapure water in EDI and SWEDI systems
Electrocoating for Cathodic paint systems
Electrolysis for Biological Fuel Cells
Electrodialysis for desalination and demineralization
Electroplating for metal recovery
