Description
IOTA-5220AB is a two-component UV-curable liquid silicone rubber that solidifies in a gel-like form. With excellent yellowing resistance, UV aging resistance and low shrinkage performance, it is mainly used for the full fit of touch screen, LCD screen, car screen, etc.
Product performance parameter
Surface treatment
All sizing interfaces must be cleaned, and must be free of catalytic toxic substances such as phosphorus (P), sulfur (S), nitrogen (N), organotin (Sn), water and polyurethane during use and storage, so as to avoid curing obstacles and deterioration.
Mixed
Component B contains A catalyst, and group A is divided into crosslinking agents, which can make the components containing crosslinking agents gel, so when using operating tools such as scrapers, care must be taken to avoid mixing with the component.
Solidify
The curing time of liquid silicone rubber is closely related to the curing temperature and colloidal thickness. The conventional mixing ratio of A/B is 10:1, and the proportion deviation has a certain effect on the hardness of the colloid.
Storage condition
This product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment (15~35ºC), keep the original packaging storage, valid for 6 months.
Matters needing attention
1. Before laminating, it is necessary to test the matching of glue with LCM and TP; 2. After curing in accordance with the normal process, it needs to be placed at 25ºC for 7 days before it can be tested. Package
