Galvanized and Black Iron Binding Wire

1. Galvanized Binding Wire 

The galvanized iron Wire is divided into hot dipped galvanized binding  Wire and cold galvanized binding Wire.

Characteristics of the Galvanized Binding Wire:

The galvanized iron binding wire has good tenacity and elasticity with a maximum of zinc quantity up to 300G/M2, characterized by thick galvanizing layer and corrosion resistance.

1. Application of the Galvanized Wire:
The products are widely used in building, handicrafts, silk screen weaving, expressway fence, product packaging and daily civil use.

2. Production process of the Galvanized Wire :
Made of high quality mild steel wire rods. The galvanized wire is divided into hot dipped galvanized wire and cold galvanized wire (electro galvanized wire), which made of high quality mild steel by drawing forming, acid pickling and rust removing, high temperature annealing, Hot Dipped Galvanization and cooling.

3.Packing:5kg/roll-50kg/roll as required.


2.Black annealed binding wire
Features of the black annealed wire: soft tenacity, strong tensile strength, corrosion resistance, folding resistance is strong, colour and lustre is uniform. 

Production Process: the Q195 wire rod drawing model into the black iron wire, through 1000° high temperature firing, black iron wire after annealing treatment, soft wire, can increase the wire tensile degrees.
 
Tensile Strength: 350mpa-380mpa
 
Specification: # 14 # - 36, also can be customized according to customer's requirements.
 
Packing: 25 kg per roll, usually inside plastic outside white woven bag or burlap.
 
Usage : can be used to weave silk screen or cut into wire cutting, used in construction, industrial arts, etc.Soft wire after annealing, increased flexibility, building tie wire.Binding reinforcement effect is better.
