This series of pumps are single-suction, single-stage, cantilevered centrifugal pumps with 34 basic types and 242 specifications.
They are used for pumping clear water or non-corrosive liquids, with a maximum medium temperature of 80ºC.
The working pressure of the pump (inlet pressure + maximum head) is 1.6 MPa, and the pressure-bearing parts are factory-tested at a pressure of 2.4 MPa. According to user requirements, pumps with a working pressure greater than 1.6 MPa can also be provided. Therefore, this series of pumps is most suitable for applications with higher inlet pressure (such as closed-loop HVAC and heating systems).
The pump shaft seal is available in two types: soft packing seal and mechanical seal.
The ISR hot water pump cools the shaft seal with cold water at normal temperature, and can handle media up to 130ºC. The ISY light oil pump can use a skeleton oil seal or a mechanical seal for the shaft seal.
The first two digits of the pump model represent the inlet and outlet diameter, respectively. For example, IS80-65-160 means the inlet diameter of the pump is 80mm and the outlet diameter is 65mm.
