WDF-PRO930E is a Soya protein produced from the NON-GMO raw materials; it is with lecithin coated can prevent from floating in the sky when being used.
WDF-PRO930E has low heat, high nutrition and good dispersibility, and also has good disperse stability in hot water without any particle left in the ratio of 1:10 (powder: water).
Applications: It is also widely used for solid powder and healthy drinks by dry beverage mixes, Meal replacement drinks, dry blend mixes.
