Product Description
(Isometamidium chloride hydrochloride powder 1gm)Composition for 1 sachet:
Isometamidium chloride hydrochloride--------------125mg 1gm
Indications:
It is a curative and preventative treatment of trypanosomiasis caused by trypanosoma congolense and trypanosoma vivax, trypanosoma brucei and trypanosoma evansi, in cattle, buffaloes, sheep, goats, camels, horses, donkeys and dogs.
Dosage and Administration:
For parenteral administration. Dissolve the content of one sachet of Isometamidium (1 g) in 50 ml or 100 ml of sterile water for injection to obtain a 2% or a 1% solution, respectively. Repeated injections are needed at intervals of 10 to 12 weeks or more, depending on the level of fly challenge.| Cattle, goats and sheep | treatment: 0.25 0.5 mg/kg by deep IM injection. |
