Test Principle
The test utilizes antibodies including a mixed HlV1 and HiV2 antigen (P24, gp120, gp41, gp36)and Rabbit anti-HlV antibody on the nitrocellulose membrane with colloidal gold marked HIvantigen as anmark tracer: The reagent is used to detect the HlV 1/2 antibody in serum/plasmawhole blood according to the principle of double antigen sandwich method and goldimmunochromatography assay.
