1. Up-ward hauling
This device is used for Casting Bar overhead traction and transfer to the shearer. The driving wheel is at bottom and the diameter of the upper wheel is different as the lower wheel. Automatic pneumatic clamping/unfastening device is employed in order to ensure the aluminum bar can smoothly enter automatic shearer. Automatic pneumatic clamping/unfastening device clamps when automatic shearer is working. And it unfastens when automatic shearer stops.
2. Automatic Shearer
When the rolling mill blocked, the shearer will be start-up. The shorn aluminum bars are transported by upward hauling. High reliability is the main feature of automatic shearer. It is driven by a AC motor and slowed down by pendulum needle wheel speed reducer. Four pieces of blades are equipped with a pair of wheels scroll shearing. Two pieces of shield rings are equipped on the lower blade so that the shorn aluminum ingot can enter aluminum conveyer along with shield rings. Phototube is on automatic shearer makes blades at a fixed position.
