1. Application
The machine is mainly used for stripping lead off lead-clad rubber pipe. It is a kind of light-duty lead stripping device for vulcanized lead in the course of rubber production.

3. Structure of metal sheath
3.1. For φ100mm~φ180mm cable:
It has an adjustable seat for blade tool on the right and left, which elastically adjusts the blade with a round handle. At the same time with the help of screw bolts adjustment with two grades (rough adjustment 4mm/round+ micro adjustment 2mm/round) to ensure accuracy of blades cutting feed so as to avoid damage to the inner sheath or cable core.
3.2. For Φ25mm~φ100mm cable
It adjusts by fine tune the blade tool synchronically from right and left installed on a 500mm four-jaw linked chuck, which can fix the cable on the upper, lower, right and left efficiently. It can micro-adjust the blade at right and left accurately for cutting feed (1mm/round) to ensure not to damage the inner sheath or cable core.
