JAB Series High Precision OD and ID Hydraulic Clamping Collet Chuck

This kind of collet chuck has internal mechanism in the cylinder, there is no need to install the rear rotary cylinder. The accuracy of the body is within 0.01mm, and the clamping accuracy is 0.03mm ( the end face is measured at 20mm ). The chuck body is integrally formed, with good rigidity and high precision. To ensure the service life of the bearing, this collet chuck adopts strict dust-proof design. With light alloy cylinderbody, light weight, good heat dissipation, so the temperature can be effectively reduced. The power source can use air pressure or oil pressure. The chuck can be used for inner expansion or outer clapming of workpieeces.
