Polyurethane solid wheels can be used on ground that is either smooth, or slippery due to oil, such as marble tile or epoxy flooring. The wheel tread and aluminum alloy steel rim are produced here at Yulin, and can also be customized as per customer requirements and actual usage processes. We continuously update existing product and develop new ones, so that no matter the requirements for hardness, wear resistance, resilience, compression deformation, comfort or skid requirements, we have everything a client needs.

This is our company's overview, our company was established in 2009, located in Lai'an County, Anhui Province, our registered capital is 5 million CNY, annual sales amount to 100 million CNY, our factory covers an area of 33,000 square meters, building area of 20,000 square meters, the total number of employees is 130. The processing includes: Machining, shotting, surface cleaning, polymer synthesis, the core surface treatment, polyurethane casting and vulcanization 2 times. In the end, we use electrophoresis or painting to prevent rust, follow the customers' requirements.
 

Our main product is polyurethane wheels for electric forklifts, and we have more than 1300 types available.

Our production of floor washing machine anti-skid wheels, about 65 types, on this market we make up 85%, anti-skid requirements for wheels are very high in this industry, the vehicle in the steering or turn around, the wheels can not appear skidding, our products have been praised by customers for so many years. 

We are also actively involved in the design and development of AGVs, and we have 40 types for this industry.
