Jiebao Heavy duty series adopt effective cooling cylinder cover to increase the air displacement. The increase of the area of cooling fins, and the use of aluminum alloy material with high effective heat transfer,is to improve the cooling efficiency. The V-groove between the suction chamber and the exhaust chamber is to reduce the heat transfer from suction chamber to exhaust chamber so as to increase the thermal conductivity suction efficiency

Jiebao heavy duty series, with the stainless steel material and the new tongue type valve sheet, improved the air displacement and the reliability. The adoption of I type suction valve is to increase the air displacement. And the whole material of air valve is cast iron, this max reduced the failure problem that may caused by the valve plate plastic deformation

Jiebao Heavy duty series completely closed built motor style is to prevent the waste and dust from enter into motor. It's excellent insulation quality enhanced resistance to environmental properties and protection methods of the completely closed motor, the motor shell adopt with cast aluminum material, which can cool down faster, so, this motor's temperature rised lower then other models motor which with the same specification.

Jiebao heavy duty series by adiabatic piston pins and non-leakage piston rings, increase it's air displacement and reliability. The piston pin using insulation materials, can prevent piston's heat transfer, reduce the temperature rised on needle roller bearings. It's Biting parts adopt non-leakage piston rings after special processing, can improve it's tightness, increase air displacement, also the ring made of fluorine resin improve the abrasion resistance of the piston rings.
