Product Description:
The machine is specially designed for padlock body two big sides sanding. It can sanding normal arc shape padlock body or diamond shaped padlock body. The machine is controlled by PLC and HMI touching screen panel, the processing parameters like sanding duration can be set freely on the panel according to requirement. It adopts imported linear guide rail, ball screw, servo motor driven and mechanical claw transmission, and has the advantages of fast moving and high precision.

It depends on the machine models and the before processing sample arrival time. Normally it will cost around 45-90 days to make the machine ready.
3. What is the term of price, payment and delivery.
We accept FOB, 30% deposit by T/T, and balance before delivery. After the machine is ready, we will send you the machine working video, machine samples, or make online chat, or you can also come and check the machine, you can make the balance payment till your satisfaction.
4. I know nothing about the machine, what should I do?
Pre-sale machine choosing: you can send us your product drawing, product photo or list us your processing requirement, we will help to recommend the most suitable machines.
After-sale machine using: English teaching video, English manual, online support, come to learn or send engineer to your factory all available. One year warranty except vulnerable parts. After the warranty, provide lifelong technical support. We will debug the machine perfect in factory, after you got it only need to connect wire and air to use directly.
