(3) Film system: It is composed of film stents. Film components mainly include film placement device and control device;
(4) Sealing system: including heating constant temperature control parts, temperature sensor, sealing device, heat sealing plate and heat sealing head, pneumatic sealing movement execution parts, and the equipment is equipped with an independent temperature control heat sealing system;
(5) Cup delivery system: it is composed of cup top mechanism, cup delivery rack, conveyor belt mechanism, etc.;
(6) Electrical control system: It is composed of control circuit, power supply circuit, electrical protection, safety emergency stop device, etc. Adopt Mitsubishi PLC programmable control system, IDEC switch;
(7) Pneumatic system: It is composed of Taiwan AirTac cylinders, electronically controlled reversing valves, air circuit protection, etc.;
(8) Equipment material: the equipment adopts thick-walled 304 stainless steel frame material and high-quality corrosion-resistant aluminum plate structure.
