Factory Overview
JULI forging factory produces high-quality forged products with an annual output of 20,000 tons. It offers a diverse range of products, including:
Elevator Links: 30T to 1250T
Shackles: 0.5T to 2000T
Hooks and Rings: 0.5T to 600T
Equipped with 140 advanced machines, our facility excels in forging processes such as free forging, die forging, machining, heat treatment, polishing, and non-destructive testing (NDT). This comprehensive capability allows us to ensure exceptional quality and precision in every product we manufacture.
We are dedicated to maintaining the highest industry standards and meeting our clients' specific needs. Our experienced team is committed to delivering reliable and durable solutions tailored to your requirements.
Q1: What is your terms of payments?A1: Our payment terms:
1.T/T: 30% deposit, with the remaining balance payable before shipment.
2. T/T: Full payment of 100% in advance.
3. T/T: 30% deposit, with the balance payable after shipment upon receipt of shipping documents.
4. L/C: Letter of Credit accepted

A3: We are pleased to provide a complimentary sample if readily available in our stock. Should the sample not be available, the customer will be responsible for the sample cost.

Our facility is equipped with advanced technology to ensure the highest standards of quality assessments.
