1. The xk-230 rubber mixing mill with CE and ISO9001 features an alloy chilled cast iron roller with a highly durable and wear-resistant surface that undergoes mirror processing. The roller also has inner hollow spray type design for uniform temperature distribution.
2. The roller is equipped with ball bearings and a grease lubrication structure.
3. The roller adopts worm wheel and worm drive devices, allowing optional installation of motorized nip adjustment for easy operation.
