Jx-1200+255/13 Aluminum-Zinc Alloy Rod Continuous Casting & Rolling Line

1. Application

By means of continuous casting & rolling, this line works to produce aluminum-zinc rod in a diameter Ø6mm.
 

2. Brief Process Flow

  2.1. Ordinary zinc ingot →Melting furnace→ holding furnace→  4-wheel continuous casting machine front drive unit → roller shears→ continuous rolling mill → cooling & lubricating device for zinc rod →twin-basket continuous coiler→zinc rod.

  2.2. Molten zinc or prepared zinc melt flows from the holding furnace into the 4-wheel casting machine via the launder and is cast into trapzoid-shaped bar in a cross-sectional area of 610mm². Cut off the bar that does not meet the requirement for rolling with the roller shears, press the front end and feed it into the rolling mill, the rod is coiled into the basket with the coiler
