Product Description
Function:The machine is used for cutting slabs and squaring block.
Brief introduction of KXJ1800 wire saw machine:
1,The machine has steady structure, including top beam,two upright column,square box,hydraulic station tensioning unit,two big flywheel. Left side install a driven big flywheel and hydraulic station tensioning unit. tensioning device controls diamond wire tension or loosen, meanwhile keep the diamond wire pressure. Right side install a driving flywheel and main motor, it can control the speed of wire between 0-35m/s via inverter. the machine can cut different kind of stone material.
2,In order to reduce the diamond wire wear and keep the diamond wire steady , the machine are equiped with two guide wheels (Diameter: 300mm).
3. Trolley move by Screw rod. Screw rod is soaked with oil in the protective cover of screw rod(Patent product).
4. The machine will stop automatically and display failures on the screen if wire broken.
5.the machine has a water spray system. if no water or not enough water,the machine will automatically stop.
