Overview of SCR system work
The system adopts the control strategy based on the nitrogen and oxygen concentration at the inlet of the catalytic unit, diesel engine exhaust flow, catalyst space velocity and catalyst temperature.
Overview of SCR system components
The system is mainly composed of control cabinet assembly, urea solution supply pump, exhaust flow sensor, urea sensor, NOx sensor, exhaust temperature sensor, differential pressure sensor and environmental temperature sensor.
Specific system components need to be customized according to the project.

SCR Operating Principle
SCR is short for Selective,Catalytic and Reduction.Its working principle is that the reducing agent is sprayed into the exhaust pipe, so that nitrogen oxides in the exhaust are reduced to nitrogen and water by reaction with the reducing agent under the action of the catalytic converter. The reducing agent currently used in SCR system is urea aqueous solution.
