4. THE ADVANTAGE OF OUR MATERIALS
1. The winding enamelled wire is 100% copper(20-1000kva)
2.The silicon steel sheet we use is the products of Shanghai Baoshan Steel Co.,Ltd,which is the biggest and most famous manufacture of steel.And its advantage is its magnetic flux is large and its iron loss is smal.
3.The main frame of the alternator and lead box are made of steel,the end cover is made of high strength cast iron.
4.All the components of our factory,the stator,rotor and excitation will be dippinglacquer twice.
5.All the rotors and stators of our company use the rope of best nylon to tie.We promise the security of our products,the phenomenon of ribbon burst will never happen.
6.All the rotors should be tested by dynamic balance of Germany to go on test of balance. All the products of our factory should be tested by specialized Test Room.
5. TERMINAL AND TERMINAL BOX
The three-field generator has 12 leads brought out to the terminals in terminal box. The terminals are put on the non drive end. The box is equipped with removable panels
Engine Adaptor and Coupling Disc
SY-A Series generators have two kinds construction.
SY-A Series single-bearing, engine adaptor: SAE0,1,2,3 and 4; Coupling discs: SAE8,10,11,.5,14 and 18 are available.
SY-A Series double-bearing, engine adaptor: SAE0,1,2,3,4 and 5 are available.
Voltage Regulation:
Voltage regulation refers to the change of voltage from non-load to with power factor ranging from 0.8 to 1 and 3%'s fluctuation of the speed of engine. Voltage is adjusted via potentiometer of AVR
