Product Description
* A pulsation damper is an accumulator with a fixed precharge that absorbs system shocks while minimizing pulsations, pipe vibrations, water hammer and pressure fluctuations.
* By minimizing pulsations in system components such as regulators, solenoids, sensors, etc., the pump will reduce wear and extend service life.
* Pulsation dampers are attached directly to the discharge manifold or installed directly downstream of the pump.
* We offer a wide range of Drilling and Production Spherical Pulsation Dampers.
* Volume sizes range from 10 gallons to 20 gallons and pressure ranges from 3000 psi to 7500 psi.
* The body of the spherical pulsation damper is constructed from a one-piece steel forging, eliminating the possibility of weld fatigue failure.
* They are interchangeable with Hydril Series "K" dampers, Emsco Series "PD" dampers and Bomco Series "KB" dampers.
* These devices connect reliably and reliably via API.
