Applied range: wind FDY+FDY, FDY+DTY, DTY+DTY with air interlace jet; FDY or DTY air interlace winding with spandex etc. Features

Ensures convenient process adjustments and unlimited combination.
B. Intelligent electronically controlled winder can adjust all winding parameters;
C. Reduce power consumption cost;
Winding and overfeeding systems are driven by brushless 36V DC motors.
D. Yarn tension consistency has been achieved by controlling precisely the speed of the overfeed motor, which results in a superior yarn package.

It is designed as the same winding technology as European Brands but was developed and programmed by ourselves. And some of our spare parts is compatible to European Brands, such as guiding motor, sensor and angle transducer.
