KC215E Digital Precision Draw Winder With Heated Godets
Designed for draw heat setting to obtain high strength filament yarn
Range of materials: filament sewing threads, embroidery thread and twisted industrial yarnFeatures
A. Accurate godet speeds to ensure consistent and even draw ratios;
B. Intelligent control of godet temperature to ensure stable drawing of yarn;
C.Digital intelligent control of oil temperature and oil application, which can ensure perfect oil application;
D. Automatic pressure reduction system used for cradle which makes the cradle lift automatically, so that the yarn package formation can be guaranteed;
E. The electronic yarn traverse system can adjust package formation parameters such as winding length and taper angle.

Linear speed: up to 1100m/min ( depend on the process parameters );
Machine structure: Single side, single layer, 4 spindles per section, 40 spindles/set;
It is designed as the same winding technology as European Brands but was developed and programmed by ourselves. The functions of our machines are identical with European Brands and our technology ensures well controlled winding. And some of our spare parts is compatible to European Brands, such as guiding motor, sensor and angle transducer.
