In order to improve production efficiency, the quenching amount of primary parts is increasing, and continuous quenching automatic line is emerging, which leads to the development of high speed quenching oil. Fast quenching oil is quenching oil with additives added, and the cooling speed is faster than ordinary quenching oil. When quenching with conventional quenching oil, problems such as soft spots, low hardness, poor hardening depth always occur in thick and large workpieces or poor hardenability workpieces.
