PA66 material
PA66, also known as nylon 66, is a high molecular polymer material synthesized by the reaction of adipic acid and 1,6-diamine. Its main features are as follows:
Physical properties: High heat resistance, excellent rigidity, toughness, strength and impact resistance.
Chemical properties: It has good stability at normal temperatures, but is susceptible to oxidative decomposition due to the influence of ultraviolet rays and oxygen in the air.
Molding method: Injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, compression molding and other methods can be used.
Mechanical properties: It has high mechanical strength and rigidity.
Chemical stability: Insoluble in general solvents.
Density: 1.14g/cm3.
Melting point: 252ºC.
Embrittlement temperature: -30ºC.
Thermal decomposition temperature: greater than 350ºC.
Continuous heat resistance: 80-120ºC.
Equilibrium water absorption: 2.5%.
Wear resistance and self-lubrication: excellent.
