Application and Precautions of angle head

Application occasions
1,Large workpiece, when it is difficult to fix, when used in simple processing;

Precautions for use
1, the general angle head are non-contact oil seal, in the process of processing if the use of cooling water, you need to run before spraying water, and adjust the direction of the cooling water nozzle, so that it is sprayed towards the tool, can avoid the risk of cooling water penetration into the body, in order to extend the life.
2,Avoid long time in the highest speed continuous processing operation.
3,Refer to the parameters and characteristics of each type of angle head and use it under proper processing conditions.
4,Before use, confirm the test run for a few minutes to warm up the machine. Choose the appropriate speed and feed for each machining. The processing speed, feed and depth of cut should be adjusted in a progressive manner until the maximum processing efficiency is obtained.
5, general standard angle head processing, need to avoid processing will produce dust, particles of the material (such as: graphite, carbon, magnesium and other composite materials, etc.)
