1. Can you do the design for us?
Yes, your own designs/sketches/pictures are welcomed. OEM & ODM are both welcome.
2. What kind of technics are you good at?
Beading, embroidery, printing, garment dyed, etc.
3. How about samples?
We do offer samples before making any production so that the production in exact compliance of the buyer's expectation. Samples can be deliveried within 5- 7 days after you make the payment.
4. How about the delivery for bulk?
Usually for the plain style within 30 days, in 40-50 days for the style with embellishment.
5. Can you accept the small orders or rush orders? For the small orders the MOQ is 2 pcs, for the rush orders, we have an extra production group to deal with emergency issues.
6. How do you control the quality of bulk?
We have a perfect QC system during the whole production process.
7. what can i do if i don't like your samples?
We are willing to make second samples to you if the samples we made are not okay, you will only need to bear the shipping cost from us to your end
8. Can i get a discount?
If you order a certain quantity of each color, we can give you a discount of 3% to 5%. It can be a mixed size.
9. What terms of payment you can accept?
We accept L/C, Paypal,trade assurance and bank transfer T/T.
