Silicon Carbide Plate Refractory Plate is a kind of refractory product mainly made of SiC, and the silica carbide content is 72%~99%. Generally, it's made by the black silica carbide( content above 96%).
Application of Silicon Carbide Plate Refractory Plate:
It's mainly used for heat treatment furnace, non-ferrous metal melting furnace, laboratory muff furnace, glass annealing furnace, enamel sintering furnace, diffusion furnace and many other kinds of kiln.

Packing Method:
a. bricks will be stacked on the export wooden pallets in order
b. there will be paper sheets between each layer of bricks
c. Orderly placed refractory bricks are wrapped around by plastic film to be waterproof
d. Eventually the four sides and top will be reinforced with plywood to prevent collisions
e. Pallet size no more than 1100x1100x1100 mm

Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
