Product Description
On the basis of importing advanced technologies, we have developed the single-line progressive distributors of models KJ,KM and KL.They have been broadened in application greatly.They consist of distributor pieces made of mid-caibon alloy structural steel,end ones and 3-8 mid ones in segments.The mid pieces' outputs and outlet number depend on application requirments.Normally,outlets are located on both sides of the distributors and alternate outlets are arranger on the top.Outlet ports of the mid blocks are equipped with built-in check valves,which can avoid lubricant back-flow due to back pressure of lubrication points and ensure a correct output of each outlet.
These distributors are designed for use in single-line centralized lubrication systems with dense lubrication points and various outputs and frequent feedings.Particularly take care that the maximum operating pressure of 20Mpa is not exceeded.They are merged to form two-grade distributors,performing partition lubrication control.
