Steel pipe : The main body of the chair rack component adopts 20 * 40 * 1.2 flat tube+25 * 50 * 1.2 flat tube, the main body of the table rack component adopts 20 * 40 * 1.2 square tube+25 * 50 * 1.2 flat tube, and the main body of the table and chair lower rack component adopts 30 * 60 * 1.2 flat tube+25 * 50 * 1.2 flat tube welded together. The welding area adopts carbon dioxide protection welding technology, with uniform ripples on the welding surface, no slag inclusion, porosity, weld bead, wire biting and splashing, and no phenomena of detachment, virtual welding or welding void. Each steel component undergoes processes such as rust removal, acid washing, phosphating, and rust prevention treatment. The outer layer is made of polyester epoxy powder and electrostatically sprayed, and the color matches the desktop color palette harmoniously and beautifully. The surface is bright and smooth, with no particles or slag spots, and the color is uniform. The surface of the spray coating is delicate, smooth, and has good mechanical properties, without deformation or deterioration.
