KMF-2013 Standard High Speed Mold Machine for All Metal Mould machining
1. The standard configuration of Siemens 828D system improves the basic performance of CNC, built-in PLC, graphics drawing performance, further achieving high speed, high precision, and closer to full nanometer control.2. The whole machine adopts high-grade resin sand castings, which are treated by annealing and natural aging to eliminate internal stress, so that the performance of the machine tool is more stable and not easy to be deformed.
3. The three-axis adopts ball screws and roller linear guides, the machine tool runs less thermally changed, high positioning accuracy, and good dynamic and static rigidity.
4. Equipped with a direct-connected spindle, the dynamic balance test at full speed reduces the loss of the output power of the main motor, obtains the best transmission efficiency, reduces tool loss, and improves the surface finish of the product.
