KMZ-1300 Drilling and Tapping Machine

1. Major parts are made of high-quality gray cast iron resin sand casting, with closed box structure, thick wall and multiple ribs. Undergoing multiple stress relief processing procedures;
2. Using direct spindle with high output power and large torque. The spindle bearing is using a complete set of pre-compressed high-precision angular ceramic bearings with good rigidity and high precision;
3. Three-axis precision ball screw pre-tensioning design, directly driven by servo motor. There is no backlash, providing high-speed motion transmission efficiency and precise position control;
4. A positive displacement oil distributor is used to inject oil into each lubrication part regularly and quantitatively to ensure uniform lubrication of each sliding surface and effectively reduce sliding friction resistance;
5. Assembling arm type automatic tool changer, realizing fast, stable and reliabletool change.
