Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A: Our delivery time is determined according to the purchase quantity. Generally, it is about 3-40 days, less than 300 pieces within 5 days, 300-2000 pieces within 7-15 days, 2000-20000 only within 15-40 days.
Q4: Do you provide sample? Free or charge?
A: We can provide free samples to customers, but only one piece, but customers need to bear the freight.
Q5: How many staffs do you have in your factory?
A: Our company is located at 258 Weishi Road, Yueqing Economic Development Zone, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, with a factory area of over 35000 square meters and more than 360 employees.
Q6: Do you have sales target finished amount requirement to the distributor?
A: We welcome distributors in various countries to cooperate with us. Sales is an important assessment criterion. According to different requirements of different countries, new and old customers are welcome to consult.
Q7: Do you have detailed and professional installation manual?
A: Of course, you can find the installation manual of any product on our website, and there will be an installation manual in our product box.
Q8: Can your product be installed in cold or hot weather? A: The working environment temperature of our surge protector is -40ºC~80ºC, as long as the installation environment you are in does not exceed this range, they can all work normally.
Q9: Is there a discount for me to buy more products?
