KSD301 series thermostat work principle:
KSD301 series products are a kind of metal with double as temperature component of the thermostat, electric equipment to work normally, optic-fiber in free state, contacts in a closed/disconnect state, when the temperature reaches action temperature, optic-fiber heated produce internal stress and rapid movement, open/close contacts, cut off/connect circuits, thus playing a role of temperature control. When electric cooling to reset temperature, contacts to be automatic closed/open, restore normal condition.
KSD301 serial thermostat parameters:
(1) the electrical parameters: 1) CQC, VDE, UL, cUL AC250V 50 ~ 60 Hz 5 A / 10 A / 15 years (resistance sex load)
UL AC125V frequency 50 Hz 15 years (resistance sex load)
(2) the action temperature range: 0-300 c(optional), temperature precision: ± 2 ± 3 ± 5 ± 10 c
(3) reply and action temperature difference: 8 ~ 100c (optional)
(4) the wiring way: It is terminal 250 # (curved 0 ~ 90 ° Optional); In terminal 187 # (curved 0 ~ 90 ° Optional, 0.5, 0.8 mm thickness optional)
