Applications
HML Long Life Hydraulic Oil is suitable for high-pressure (greater than 14Mpa) mobile hydraulic equipment and industrial fixed hydraulic systems operating under higher temperature conditions. It is mainly used in various types of hydraulic systems such as engineering machinery, construction machinery, mining machinery, metallurgy, plastic processing, and ocean-going ships. It is especially effective in high-temperature and high-pressure systems that work for a long time.
Features
- Excellent anti-wear and rust resistance performance: Reduces wear and tear of hydraulic equipment under harsh working conditions, ensures normal operation of hydraulic pumps under high temperature and pressure, reduces pump maintenance and replacement, and extends pump service life.
- Excellent thermal stability: Reduces the generation of high-temperature sludge and color changes in oil products, while ensuring the cleanliness of hydraulic systems.
- Excellent anti-foaming properties: Reduces cavitation of hydraulic components, reduces sediment generated by adiabatic compression of bubbles, extends the service life of filters, reduces valve system blockage, and makes the hydraulic system more responsive.

Packaging and Storage
Execute standard NB/SH/T 0164 of packing, mark, transportation, storage, and final acceptance.
200L Packaging, 170±2Kg net.
Notes:
- The product must be labeled clearly and properly during the entire transportation process to prevent confusion with other kinds of petroleum products.
- The product must be stored in dedicated storage tanks/equipment and recommended to be stored in an indoor and controlled environment.
- The storage tank/equipment must be waterproof, moisture-proof, and free from other mechanical particles.
- All storage equipment, tanks, pipelines, valves, etc. must be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before use to prevent contamination.
