Overview
Vacuum impregnating equipment mainly used in insulation of electrical
products. Such as high voltage motors and wind generators, h class insulating dry-type transformers, power capacitors, cable insulation material impregnated, and so on. Products such as motor or transformer windings through vacuum impregnation, vacuum phase in addition to water, gas, reduce the effects of impurities such as water, gas insulated; can be made completely in a vacuum effect into the insulation of internal, to strengthen the overall insulation, impr- oved insulation levels, improved electrical properties.
Vacuum impregnating equipment is also used in the materials industry to solve materials modification and improvement of organizational structure,
achieve the objective of improved performance. Graphite products, engine
housings, precision casting, refractory brick, wood, etc. By means of vacuum pressure impregnation, enhance the density of graphite, phenomena such as increased strength and microleakage and improve the qualified products and the Elimination of leakage of the workpiece itself.
