Product Description
The Aflatoxin M1 immunoaffinity columns can selectively adsorb aflatoxin M1 in the sample solution, thereby specifically purifying the aflatoxin M1 sample which is suitable for the purification of AFM1 in milk, dairy products and other samples. The sample solution after column purification can be directly used for detection of AFM1 by HPLC. The combination of immunoaffinity column and HPLC can achieve the purpose of rapid determination , improve the signal-to-noise ratio and improve the detection accuracy.
