The KYN61-40.5(Z) type armored movable metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) is a three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5KV indoor complete set of power distribution device. It is used in power plants, substations, and industrial enterprises for receiving and distributing electrical energy.The equipment features functions for real-time circuit control, protection, and monitoring, and is suitable for locations with frequent operations.
This switchgear complies with :GB/T11022-1999, GB3906-1991, and DL/T404-1997.
The cabinet structure is of an assembled type, with the circuit breaker adopts a handcart floor-mounted design.
Optional components include:
* Chinese design vacuum circuit breaker ZN85-40.5(3AV3)
* Xiamen Huadian sealed vacuum circuit breaker VEP-40.5
These similar circuit breakers are interchangeable.
The handcart frame is equipped with a screw-nut advancing mechanism and an overrun clutch, which allows for easy movement of the handcart and prevents damage to the advancing mechanism due to incorrect operation.
The interlocking between the grounding switch, the retraction of the cart, and the switchgear is all implemented through a mandatory mechanical interlocking method, meeting the "five protections" interlocking function.
