L-1200B Good Adhesion PU Resin for Inks

L-1200B Good Adhesion PU Resin for Inks is an extremely low-odor acrylic copolymer containing OH groups, which has good wettability for pigments and prevents paint from floating and blooming. It has good compatibility with polyester resin, epoxy resin, fatty acid alkyd resin and amino resin. The resin also has excellent light resistance and color retention, and good resistance to yellowing. Its extremely low odor makes it very suitable for use in environmentally friendly screen printing inks and low-odor coatings. It has good adhesion to ABS, PC, PC+fiber, PA and PA+fiber, PMMA, fiberglass, TPU and other plastics, various stainless steel, tinplate, aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, magnesium alloy, copper and other metal substrates. It is compatible with CAB, having good arrangement of silver powder, good adhesion between layers and good pigment dispersion. It has nice recoatability, and the adhesion is still very good after screen printing UV, PU and boiling. Low odor, slow drying, screen printing does not block the screen, very suitable for various special inks; good resistance to yellowing
It can be used in PU glass ink, PU ceramic ink, PU hardware ink, general PU ink and baked metal ink.
