LC-B250 side illuminated photochemical reactor 
The LightChem series high-pressure photochemical reactor, also known as the external irradiation photocatalytic reactor, is a new type of reactor designed for photochemical catalysis, synthesis, degradation, and other reactions. The window of the Century  Senlong  high-pressure photochemical reactor is made of sapphire material. Sapphire crystals have a series of excellent physical and chemical properties, such as good light transmittance, high strength, high hardness, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent electrical insulation performance. Century  Senlong  technicians have used Sapphire crystals in high-pressure photochemical reactors. Through the application of high-pressure reaction vessels in photocatalysis, and through technological research and development, perfect technical performance and safe reaction equipment have been selected by many high-pressure photocatalytic researchers.

The LightChem series laboratory reaction kettle is a desktop micro high-pressure reaction kettle with a movable kettle head. The control system and heating system are independently designed, and the kettle head is not fixed, making it easy to move and integrate the whole machine design. The structure is reasonable, the functions are complete, and the multifunctional operation menu is easy to use. It is a conventional high-pressure reaction equipment in the laboratory. The heating method is modular electric heating, equipped with MRSC-LC advanced high-temperature and high-pressure control system V1.06.

The light sources of high-pressure photochemical reactors are generally divided into:
  Xenon lamp light source: Xenon lamps have a wide spectral range and can cover ultraviolet, visible, and near-infrared. They are commonly used in fluorescence spectroscopy techniques, as well as lighting in biological and medical imaging research. Because its color temperature is close to the sun, it can be used to simulate the sun. Widely used in research fields such as photocatalysis, industrial catalysis, photolysis of aquatic hydrogen, photochemical catalysis, photochemical synthesis, photodegradation of pollutants, water pollution treatment, biological lighting, optical detection, various simulated sunlight visible light acceleration experiments, UV band acceleration experiments, etc.
  Simulated solar light source: also known as simulated daylight xenon lamp light source, it is used for testing solar cells, simulating sunlight, point light source output, fiber optic extraction, and uniform parallel light. It is used in fields such as photoelectric responsive device testing, surface photovoltage spectroscopy, biological lighting, photocatalysis, and surface defect analysis.
  LED light source: LED light source has ultra-high stability and monochromaticity in photoelectrochemical testing and reaction experiments, and has unparalleled advantages in fields such as photocatalysis, photodegradation, battery testing, photoluminescence, biology, physical optics, dye chemistry, petrochemicals, etc.
  Mercury xenon lamp light source: High voltage short arc spherical mercury xenon lamp is a point light source with a very small emission point. When ignited, it emits a strong and stable AM1.5G standard simulated sunlight spectrum from ultraviolet to near-infrared, with high energy density and stable output. It is not only used in solar cell research, but also in fields such as photoelectric responsive device testing, surface photovoltage spectroscopy, biological lighting, photocatalysis, and surface defect analysis.
  A filter is an optical component that attenuates light intensity, changes spectral composition, or limits the vibration surface. Filter, as a commonly used accessory in photocatalytic experiments, is used to achieve corresponding filtering effects by coating different membrane materials on glass or quartz substrates. In the field of photochemical research, filters are divided into transmission/reflection filters (based on the characteristics of the emitted light) and cutoff/bandpass filters (based on spectral characteristics); Obtain the required radiation band for the experiment by combining different types of filters.
