LDPE Transparent PE Food packaging
1). Material: LDPE( Low Density Polyethylene).
2). Item Number: OF1
3). Bag Type: Flat bag/Plastic bag/Small bag/Poly bag.
4). Main usuage:food or other packing for small items.
5). Size: ANY size is available. Usually the bag width is from 76.2MM to 533.4MM, the bag length is from 177.8MM to 1000MM, and the normal thickness is from 20microns to 50microns (=0.020MM to 0.050MM).
6). Film color: ANY color is available, such as transparent, white, black, grey, red, orange, yellow, green, blue.
(Sampe color: transparent)
7). Printing: No Printing, or customized printing.
8). Packing: Loose packed
Inner packing can be with or without outer plastic bag or rubber band.
Outer packing is usually in Brown Corrugated Export Carton with Customized Printing.
9). Special Features:
a. OEM order is available.
b. Can add oxo-degradable additives like d2w to become a Oxo-biodegradable plastic bag.
c. Side sealed or bottom sealed.
d. SGS food grade approval
* Trade terms
1). Payment terms : Normally LC(Letter of credit) at sight, or 30% prepayment, balance before delivery or against COPY of BL. But this issue can be negotiable.
2). MOQ(Minimun Order Quantity) : Normally MOQ per each non-printed items should not be less 3 metric tons (This will go up to 7 metric tons for printed items), and total order quantity (with other items) should not be less than 1x20'FCL quantity. But this issue can be negotiable.
3). Delivery time : Normally 20-30 days after getting LC(Letter of credit) at sight or 30% prepayment.
4). Loading port : Normally Port of Jiangmen (which is near Macao), or Guangzhou port, Shenzhen port.
